Ms. Catanzaro has received extensive training in Performance Based Hiring and holds the distinction of being a Certified Partner and Talent Optimization Leader for the Predictive Index. Her expertise in Applied Psychology, specifically in Organizational Psychology, enables her to effectively utilize psychometric tools for evaluating intrinsic drives and aptitudes during the hiring process and in gauging success in the workplace.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Ms. Catanzaro actively contributes to the field of talent management through her involvement in the Association of Talent Professionals (ATAP). Moreover, she has dedicated her time and efforts to community service, particularly in supporting children with disabilities. She played a pivotal role as a founding member and Vice-Chair of the Disability Awareness Committee in the City of Milton, GA, advocating for the inclusion of individuals of all abilities in every aspect of community life.

Mr. Catanzaro possesses the expertise to hand-pick critical executive talent and establish long-term relationships with thought leaders, enabling his clients to achieve profitable corporate strategies and rapid growth.
One of Mr. Catanzaro's passions revolves around understanding the financial impact of designing and optimizing talent at the C-Suite level. He believes that by strategically selecting top-level executives, organizations can drive significant positive outcomes and enhance their overall performance.
Mr. Catanzaro obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Central Florida, which provided him with a solid foundation for his professional career.

He serves as the Chairman of the Board for BEATS, a 5013C non-profit organization that provides hippotherapy to children with disabilities.
